Work With Me

Women’s Health • Culture • Storytelling

I help women understand their bodies and empower their lives — and I partner with women’s health & wellness teams to translate science into strategy.

I work at the intersection of women’s health education and systems-level change. Prior to my medical training on the frontlines of women’s health, I earned a Master of Public Health in Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health, with a focus on epigenetic health and maternal mortality.

Since completing my medical training in 2025, my work has centered on the intersection of women’s health, culture, and storytelling. I support women’s health, femtech, and wellness organizations in developing content, education, and experiences that align with the future of women’s health and technology—grounded in science and responsive to women’s lived realities.

Alongside this work, I write A Black Women’s Apothecary, a Substack dedicated to supporting women in living more aligned, intuitive lives through science-informed insight and personal practice.
