Women’s Health Strategy & Education Advisory

Medical & Public Health–Informed Consulting for Media, Technology, and Wellness

I partner with media organizations, digital health platforms, and consumer wellness brands to shape women’s health education at scale—bridging medicine, public health, culture, and technology to create work that is credible, ethical, and deeply resonant with women.

With training as a physician (MD) and public health strategist (MPH in Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health), I serve as a strategic advisor to teams navigating the rapidly evolving women’s health landscape—helping them translate research, trends, and innovation into education, products, and narratives women can trust.

My Role

I am not a content producer for hire.
I function as a strategic thought partner and medical consultant—supporting leadership, editorial, and product teams in making informed, responsible decisions about women’s health education, messaging, and user experience.

My work sits upstream of execution, influencing what is built, how it is communicated, and how it is received.

What I Advise On:

    • Emerging women’s health needs, gaps, and cultural shifts

    • Femtech, cycle health, fertility, mental health, skin health, and wellness innovation

    • How women interpret and emotionally engage with health information

    • Translating medical and public health research into accessible, non-harmful education

    • Structuring learning frameworks within apps, media platforms, and digital products

    • Determining what should and should not be communicated to audiences

    • Reviewing health claims, framing, and language for accuracy, nuance, and risk

    • Preventing misinformation, fear-based narratives, and overmedicalization

    • Supporting ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally aware communication

    • Advising on how health data, tools, and education are presented to users

    • Identifying where products or messaging may unintentionally cross into medical advice

    • Strengthening trust, transparency, and long-term user confidence

    • Scientific framing of skincare, supplements, and wellness topics

    • Advising brands on responsible communication without exaggerated claims

    • Aligning education with regulatory awareness and public trust

Who I Work With

I advise:

  • Health and wellness media outlets

  • Femtech and women’s health technology platforms

  • Editorial teams covering women’s health and culture

  • Consumer wellness and beauty brands with educational arms

  • Product teams building health-related user experiences

My work is particularly aligned with organizations that value credibility, cultural intelligence, and long-term trust over trend-driven messaging.
